Latest Comment by tippyxxx - November 4, 2009: When I switched to suboxone, I was shooting up 150mg of Methadone a day using 22 guage needles(the ones in the central tractor vet section). I felt fine after the first half hour after taking the 8mg sub. Then all a sudden I was shitting, pissing, and puking at the same time. I lied to the Doc. about what mg of methadone I was on cuz I ran out of my two week supply of methadone in 4 days and I didn't want to get too sick to work. The highest they want you to switch is 40mg, I totally see why that is. Then next day I tried to get my script of subs and they ran out. So I was screwed, but eventually I got them later that day....

Latest Comment by confused - August 25, 2009: I have had 7 neck surgeries in the past two years... I am in true pain. But I have found myself abusing my medication over the past 6 months, and running out early. I take 60 mg OC and Hydrocodone 4X a day. Well, that is what is recommended. I have decided to quit.. I quit 3 days ago and I FEEL LIKE SHIT. Anyway, I really want to stop this cycle, but I have extreme neck and back pain. Is there any alternative out there for some one like me. If I take the meds I abuse them... Without them I can not function. Please help!

Please if anyone is going through this and has any helpful hints i would be truly thankful? i want him home and I don't know what he needs to get better. Does anyone know of a doctor that specializes in this I want my son to have the best care and I don't know what to do. Please help me, I'm afraid for my son he is only 5 days old. I will check this e-mail at 5:00pm tonight on 12/20/08.

I am on parole myself, and last year I had to have a surgical procedure, which in turn required a period of time when I had to use opiates for pain...significant pain. When the time came to stop the medication as instructed by my physician I was already "hooked" again. I immediately and without delay went into the suboxine treatment.
