Tele Therapy Sessions for Children with Neuro-Developmental Disorders: Parent ’s and Therapist’s Perspective
AbstractLockdown during Covid-19 pandemic had a negative impact on children with Neurodevelopment Disorders and their caregivers. We surveyed 100 parents of children (age 2 –18 years) cross-sectionally, who were receiving therapies from our institution and found that almost two-third of parents experienced disruption in service availability for their children due to lockdown. Virtual Reality Relaxation for Mental Health Service Users with Complex Care Needs: a Pilot Study in Residential Care Homes and Supported Accommodation

Quality of Life Assessment in Danish Heroin Assisted Treatment Patients: Validity of the SF-36 Survey
ConclusionOur findings support the validity of the SF-36 Health Survey as a measure of the quality of life in people undergoing Heroin Assisted Treatment. The fact that the factors structure of the SF-36 was stable over repeated measurements implies that it can be used as a measure of change in this population. Future studies should consider a longitudinal design and attempt to predict future hospital contact using quality-of-life measures in patients with opioid addiction.
