Barbara, a rehabilitation professional, went on Antony Gormley's One and Other Fourth Plinth project in Trafalgar Square yesterday morning.She promoted helmet use for sports and recreational activities and did so in a very nice kiddie-friendly manner.Her hour can be viewed at: oneandother.co.uk/participants/BarbaraJean

Comment: How can anyone be against wearing a helmet after seeing this presentation? You know, we once fought against wearing seatbelts, and were told that smoking was healthy. Don't know why people are kicking and screaming about wearing a helmet. It takes asecond to wear and could save a lifetime!

Comment: Thanks to everyone who helped to support this presentation. We've had some heartfelt responses from people who have chosen to "Be Safe, Not Scrambled" and are now wearing a helmet when cycling!
