New Hampshire's Merrimack County Superior Court issued an order Thursday requiring Exeter Hospital to provide access to its electronic medical record database, so public health officials can continue their investigation into a major hepatitis C outbreak. The SPC states:   At retigabine doses of up to 750 mg/day, there was no clinically significant effect of retigabine on the pharmacokinetics of the estrogen (ethinyl estradiol) or progestogen (norethindrone) components of the oral contraceptive pill. In addition, there was no clinically significant effect of the low dose combination oral contraceptive pill on the pharmacokinetics of retigabine.
