Latest Comment by drvkc - August 1, 2008: I belong to the Indian Subcontinent and in our pediatric practise,we have recently come across a Gaucher's Type 3 (bone marrow-suggestive of gaucher cells) with normal B glucocidase levels. All the other LSD enzyme's panel has come normal. In a resource crunch country like our's, we don't have the liberty of performing a mutational study. But we are suspecting a Saposin C deficiency (going through the literature on PUB-MED)and have no way of confirming it. Can any one out there, suggest us a way how to confirm it? Any suggestion would be welcome.
