Latest Comment by T 'S MOM - March 30, 2009: My son has had cidp for 3 years. He has improved and declined several times but never improved to more than about 70% . He was treated with IVIG, Prednisone, and cellcept. Ivig halted progression, prednisone help with improvement at first but then it didn't work as well. He received Rituxin this past August 2008 and has been improving since. He is still on reduced infusions of ivig and 20 mg of prednisone daily. His reflexes have completely returned for the first time since he got sick and he feels stronger than he ever has. I am trying to get the drug approved for cidp but have no idea how to do this. need help
