Abstract
The structure of α(2)-µ-Globulin fragment (A2-f) is not known.α(2)-µ-Globulin fragment (A2-f) is a 15.5 kDa protein that binds equimolar amount of fatty acids in male rat kidneys. The expression of this protein has been shown to change in response to druginduced and genetic hypertension which suggests that it plays an important role in renal fatty acid metabolism under pathological conditions as well as normal conditions. Isolation and Identification of hydrocarbon degrading bacteria from Ennore creek.
In this study we have investigated the ability of microorganisms present in the sediment sample to degrade these hydrocarbons, crude oil in particular, so that contaminated soils and water can be treated using microbes. ConclusionsThis study demonstrates that the PK of these ARVs are altered by 5–78% in an older HIV‐infected population. Implications of PK differences for clinical outcomes, particularly with the active nucleoside metabolites, remain to be explored. A randomized controlled clinical multicenter trial comparing the clinical and histological performance of a new, modified polylactide‐co‐glycolide acid membrane to an expanded polytetrafluorethylene membrane in guided bone regeneration procedures
ConclusionPeri‐implant GBR was successfully performed using either of the membranes. The control membrane was able to better maintain the horizontal thickness of regenerated bone and revealed less soft tissue complications. No statistically valid evidence about the superiority of one membrane was found in any other parameters. Soft tissue dehiscences occur with both types of membranes and can impair the amount of regenerated bone.

Abstract
Sjögren's syndrome is a chronic illness characteristically manifested by immune injury to the salivary and lacrimal glands, resulting in dry mouth/eyes. Anti‐Ro (SSA) and anti‐La (SSB) autoantibodies are frequently found in Sjögren's subjects as well as individuals that will go on to develop the disease. Immunization of BALB/c mice with Ro60 peptides results in epitope spreading with anti‐Ro and anti‐La along with lymphocyte infiltration of salivary glands similar to human Sjögren's. ExecuCare: Outpatient Treatment for Impaired Professionals
Conclusions: Intensive outpatient programs are a necessary and effective level of care for impaired professionals. These programs can provide an initial level of treatment for about 30% of impaired professional and frequently decrease the need for inpatient or residential treatment. A local, professional, comprehensive outpatient addictions program like the one presented supports professionals’ recovery by supporting reintegration into the work setting and decreasing relapse potential.

Abstract
End-of-life decision making is fraught with ethical challenges. Withholding or withdrawing life support therapy is widely considered ethical in patients with high treatment burden, poor premorbid status, or significant projected disability even when such treatment is not "futile."
