Latest Comment by Dr.koneru gangadhara rao,NRIGH - November 30, 2008: i have to say that mesoprostal regime is not completely safe to induce labors though many people are going for it.Among rare cases ihave seen some ended with foetal distress,postdelivary difficult revivals,early neonataldeaths.Blnid trial is not safe.Induction with electronicmonitoring,close observation is highly recomended.

Latest Comment by koneru gangadhara rao,nrighosp - October 12, 2008: in situations with placentaprevia with repeat caesariansections this complcation rate is very high. to avoid coplcations we may have to under take caesarian hysterectomy quickly but in acase of primy gravida where uterus to be preserved we should try conservative means,take some time in blocking feedig vessels,uterine,ovarian vessels,if bleedig isnot stopped we can go for hysterectomy.we can even per form subtotal hysterectomy if the case is other than placenta previa.sepsis ,haemarrhagewillbe there with coservative managementwith methotrxate regime
