Latest Comment by koneru gangadhara rao,nrighosp - March 5, 2009: once upon a time or even now clinicians do cancer cx staging mostly by clinical examination.But it would be more appropriate to use ct-contrast and MRI simultaneously along with clinical examination and usg, as ct contrast shows the involvement of various lymph glands and mri shows the involvement of soft tissues of surrounding structures.They are complimentary to each other.
