Pre-Med Question
Hello, Currently I am attending my home college, finishing up the the essential pre-med requirements here: 1 Year Calculus 1 Year Inorganic Chem + Lab 1 Year Organic Chem + Lab 1 Year Bio + Lab 1 Year Physics + Lab 1 Year Advanced English Anyhow, I know you don't care, but just wanted to post what I am doing... After I am done with these requirements, I am transferring over to a University to finish up my bachelors in Neuroscience. All I have left to complete is the Organic Chemistry series. Anyways, I am a little puzzled when it comes to what University I should apply to finish my pre-med courses. I have heard many...

Advice/chances for THE WORST pre-dental ever?
Hey everyone, I'm new to SDN, and have read it many times, but am finally actually going to post and would really appreciate any feedback. I have been pre-dental since freshman year, and was sure it was what i wanted to do. Well here are my stats: Bio major, oGPA 3.31 sGPA 2.94 Classes: Bio 1&2/A Physics 1&2/A Chem 1:B, 2 C Ochem 1: D, B+ second time, ochem 2: C+ I've also taken a lot of upper level bio classes, getting all B's/B+'s I took the DAT twice, the first time scored 18/18/18, nothing below a 16. The second time a year later, receiving 18/16/16 (QR was a 13!!!!). The main reason was because I prett...

Would P/F make dental school less stressful
In hindsight, would you have gone to P/F school if given the choice? Does P/F significantly take off the edge of being in the top 10 for specializing?

Its so hard to give BRS phys but quick question
I just like BRS phys a lot...it just builds a great foundation for physio and having done BRS phys with the kaplan phyio vids, it helped me extrapolate so much with regard to graphs, concepts, about why things occur...anyways, do you think BRS phys would be beneficial?? Ultimately, the core books I plan on using were BRS phys, FA, and Pathoma...the least I could do perhaps is even annotate, extrapolate the physio sections into First Aid with my notes from BRS phys and just stick with the limited physio in First Aid. But I've come to the point where I'm sick of just writing things over and over and am used to the presentati...

AMCAS app - coursework question
So I repeated a couple of courses. Do I check the repeat option when I list the first time I attempted the course? Or do I check the repeat option for when I actually repeated the course for a better grade? It seems to me like I should check it off when I list the course that was intended to replace the previous attempt, but I just want to be 100% sure.
