I'm over my cold and trying to catch up. I scheduled my mamogram and blood tests. And my doctor wants me to have a bone density test.
The weather in Colorado is beautiful. Hope everyone is doing well.

I want to tell you what is in the salad I eat for lunch.
Romaine lettuce, sliced baby carrots, grape tomatoes, (They are the only ones I can get that truly taste like a tomato should taste.), Garbonza beans, advacado, two tablespoons of shredded cheese, hard boiled egg sliced, and some chicken breast. I wasn't using the chicken, but I need the protien. I use Mortons salt substitute - comes in tiny salt shakers a little over three ounces. Slim For Life put us on that, and because I have an undiscriminating palatte, it tastes the same to me. Kraft Catalina Free Dressing. My friend with lung cancer says there are better dressings without as much sugar. I haven't looked into it yet, but will. I love this salad. (Source: kleebeck's Weblog)
