<title>Motivational Mantra: Beyonce On Making Sacrifices For Health</title>
            <link>http://www.medworm.com/index.php?rid=5174802&amp;cid=t_112022_131_f&amp;fid=34989&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Ffeeds.b5media.com%2F%7Er%2Fb5media%2FGeneticsHealth%2F%7E3%2F7L-Lw4OI2Gw%2F</link>
<description>The truth is, it&amp;#8217;s a lot of sacrifice. It&amp;#8217;s more about your mental strength than physical strength. You have to push yourself. It doesn&amp;#8217;t matter what trainer you have. And it doesn&amp;#8217;t matter what program you&amp;#8217;re on. You have to be healthy and make the right choices.

<title>Short Sharp Showercast: Make Singing In the Shower Eco-Friendly With This Playlist</title>
            <link>http://www.medworm.com/index.php?rid=3671656&amp;cid=t_112022_87_f&amp;fid=36050&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fblisstree.com%2Flive%2Fshort-sharp-showercast-make-singing-in-the-shower-eco-friendly-with-this-playlist%2F</link>
<description>Singing your favorite Motown singles while you suds up might not seem like a big deal, but your bathtime serenades are likely keeping you in the shower longer, eating up unnecessary water and energy. Green Thing&amp;#8217;s Short Sharp Showercast is designed to get you showering faster and saving water, with brief, fun playlist.
Bonus: The list has songs from several lesser-known bands and singers, so you can have something other than Beyoncé stuck in your head all day.

<description>I haven&amp;#8217;t done a FGF in a while, but here&amp;#8217;s a video I found this week - Erin McKeown and Garrison Starr covering Beyonce&amp;#8217;s &amp;#8220;Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it).&amp;#8221; This is one of those guilty pleasures songs, because I kind of don&amp;#8217;t appreciate the lyrics, but it&amp;#8217;s just so damn catchy. Anyway, I dare you not to smile while watching McKeown and Starr.

<description>&amp;#8220;Giving back is the new black,&amp;#8221; according to Fashiontribes.com: Beyoncé is &amp;#8220;fighting autism through fashion&amp;#8221; via Clothes Off Our Back.
Does that mean that the usual &amp;#8220;autism mother uniform&amp;#8221; (machine-washable, stain-proof, quick-drying, rumpled. needing-to-be-washed) might be the next choice of the It Girl? (Source: Autism Vox)</description>
