I record the video making a daily fool of myself then upload it to my computer via a USB cable.           Next, I open Windows Live Movie Maker which can be downloaded for free.  The file size of the video is usually very large often 300 to 400 Mb.  I want to get this down to a small size so I “save as” for email or instant messaging.   This gets the file size down to around 10 to 15 Mb so as to be easily uploaded quickly to YouTube.
