Superior Court Judge Roger Robbins also ordered Lynette Rojas to pay $270,000 in fines and $165,113.08 in restitution to the club. But the 37-year- old La Habra residents appears unable to pay any of the money back, Deputy District Attorney Marc Labreche said. Rojas, who could have faced up to 20 years in prison if convicted at trial, pleaded guilty April 4 after Robbins agreed to sentence her to three years behind bars. Parents were concerned (if not, it seems, outraged) over a padded room at Russell Knight Elementary School in Cherry Hill. This is still hard to grasp; outrage seems understandable. Between August 2004 and June 2007, Shianne Verness embezzled more than 40 thousand dollars from an autism organization, the RT Autism Awareness Foundation, and transferred the money to a personal account. Yesterday, November 29th, Verness was sentenced to 60 days in jail, 10 years of probation,  and 500 hours of community service.
