But apparently, it is. One source says that failure to wash hands, especially with the spread of the recent Swine Flu virus, “contributes to 1.7 million hospital-acquired infections each year.” Now, Boston-area hospitals have “launched hand-washing campaigns, including some that involve rap music videos and undercover surveillance.” Do you think this aids in getting people to wash hands more frequently?
