            <description>We&amp;#8217;re almost two years into this blogging business, and we&amp;#8217;re still somewhat surprised when people notice what we&amp;#8217;re doing. 
Take, for instance, our appearance on the short list of best medical Weblogs of 2008 in the fifth annual contest run by the nifty site Medgadget. 
Somebody out there nominated us. We don&amp;#8217;t know who. Thanks, wherever you are. 
One thing we do know is that we&amp;#8217;re gratified to make the ballot, alongside some pretty good company.
