<description>It&amp;#8217;s been awhile since I&amp;#8217;ve done one of these, but as we head into the holiday season, we slow down a bit here. So enjoy these great golden oldies from days of yore.

Seek Out Help
One of the first things I wrote for the website was an editorial piece about how you should nearly always seek out psychotherapy in addition to medications for treatment of mental health issues (which is even more true today than it was 15 years ago). And I announced a call for articles for a new online mental health magazine called Perspectives.

<description>Are you living in a sexually satisfied city, like Columbus, Ohio? Or, like residents of Manchester, New Hampshire, are you more likely sexually unsatisfied?
A new survey from Men&amp;#8217;s Health magazine released a new list this week of &amp;#8220;sexually satisfied&amp;#8221; cities, as well as those who fare not so well. They looked at a number of statistical factors to arrive at these admittedly arbitrary distinctions &amp;#8212; birth rates (I suppose under the assumption that those cities with higher birth rates have a higher rate of sexual activity as well), sales of sex toys and condoms, and rates of sexually transmitted diseases. One could certainly argue with these choices.
But without further ado, we bring you the sexually most satisfied cities in the U.S.:

            <title>Christina Hendricks Seems Like a Normal Woman</title>
            <link>http://www.medworm.com/index.php?rid=3718363&amp;cid=t_221419_87_f&amp;fid=36050&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fblisstree.com%2Flive%2Fchristina-hendricks-seems-like-a-normal-woman%2F</link>
<description>In the latest issue of Health, Mad Men&amp;#8217;s Christina Hendricks graces on the cover, looking totally natural. Her face isn&amp;#8217;t overly made-up, her hair&amp;#8217;s blowing in the breeze, and, of course, her curves are kickin&amp;#8217;. But she does feel weird when people talk about her body, which we think is a normal reaction to the tons of attention focused on her boobs, butt, and thighs.
Hendricks says she felt even more womanly (in a good way) when she weighed 15 pounds more. Finally, a happy medium: A not obese, not rail-thin woman who&amp;#8217;s getting some attention for her looks – and her talent.

<title>Weird Sex Positions: The Couch Grind, From Women's Health</title>
            <link>http://www.medworm.com/index.php?rid=3581575&amp;cid=t_221419_87_f&amp;fid=34872&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fblisstree.com%2Ffeel%2Fweird-sex-positions-the-couch-grind-from-womens-health%2F</link>
<description>&amp;#8220;The Best Sex Positions Ever&amp;#8221; in Women&amp;#8217;s Health magazine definitely piqued our interest, but we certainly didn&amp;#8217;t expect to find Position Number 33: The Couch Grind. We like to think of ourselves as open-minded and adventurous when it comes to doing it, but there&amp;#8217;s something that&amp;#8217;s just not that sexy about humping your armchair.
A few of the other interesting poses look like fun, but we intend to stay away from The Couch Grind for as long as possible. Though if we do resort to replacing men with furniture, we&amp;#8217;ll certainly remember to keep it clean with a blanket between ourselves and our sofa, as shown below:
We really hope we don&amp;#39;t have to resort to &amp;quot; The Couch Grind,&amp;quot; from Women&amp;#39;s Health.

            <description>Can airports be healthy places?
I&amp;#8217;m sure that the thousands of stranded travelers during the recent holiday season would say no.
But Health Magazine, having done some research into the safety measures, food options, cleanliness, delays, and overall traveler satisfaction of all the nations airports, says yes airports can be healthy and have come up with a list of America&amp;#8217;s 10 Healthiest Airports.
They are:
1. Phoenix Sky Harbor International

<description>After the weekend I just had (see the post below for a sampling of my horrific menu!) I figured it was time to get back to good, you know? But, of course, this being the first day of Back-to-School (can I get a hallelujah?!?), there is now little to no time to cook as ideally as I&amp;#8217;d like.
So what shall we turn to? Packaged foods, of course.
Sure, it can be tempting to grab whatever&amp;#8217;s on sale, but with a little bit of pre-thought and preparation, you can choose some really great convenience items to enhance your home-cooked meals or to build them around.
Thankfully, Women&amp;#8217;s Health has put together an awesome list of the 125 Top Packaged Foods just for us. You&amp;#8217;ll find winners in categories including:

Drinks
Bread
Pasta
Fruits &amp;#038; Vegetables
Frozen Meals

<description>Filed under: Type 1, Type 2, Adult Onset, Daily News, EventsAccording to Diabetes Health Magazine -- he is a well-spoken and forthcoming man with a good sense of humor and an easy-going manner. His name is Doug Burns and he's Mister Universe, for crying out loud! So why was he severely beaten by police? Sad but true - it happened during an episode of low blood sugar that occurred at a movie theater in Redwood City, California.
Doug states that he remembers seeing his friend in the theater and then feeling that he was getting low. He had recently started using a new drug to treat his diabetes. He hurried to a snack counter to find food but apparently was intercepted by a security guard who thought he was intoxicated, even though he did not smell of liquor and was wearing a medic alert brac...</description>
