Longer RNA Transcripts Exhibit Greater Alterations in Amount with Aging
We present three lines of evidence supporting the biological importance of the uncovered transcriptome imbalance. First, in vertebrates the length association primarily displays a lower relative abundance of long transcripts in aging.
