Oncologic outcomes of segmentectomy versus lobectomy for clinical T1c radiological pure-solid non-small cell lung cancer
CONCLUSIONS: In T1c radiological pure-solid non-small cell lung cancer, segmentectomy was significantly associated with worse survival and insufficient loco-regional cancer control. Paraneoplastic arthritis: a series of 92 cases
CONCLUSION: As a result, although PA is a rare condition, it can be confused with many rheumatological diseases. The most commonly involved joint is the knee joint, followed by the ankle and hand-wrist. In this study, we investigate the contribution of rare variants (RVs) (minor allele frequency <0.01) to lung cancer through two large whole exome sequencing case-control studies. CD4 levels and NSCLC metastasis: the benefits of maintaining moderate levels
CONCLUSIONS: A threshold effect is shown to exist between the peripheral blood CD4 and distant metastasis in NSCLC patients. Pneumonitis in Patients Receiving Thoracic Radiotherapy and Osimertinib: A Multi-Institutional Study
CONCLUSIONS: Although the overall rate of pneumonitis in patients receiving TRT and osimertinib was relatively low, there was a small risk of severe toxicity. The mean lung dose was associated with an increased risk of developing pneumonitis. Subtype of SCLC Is an Intrinsic and Persistent Feature Through Systemic Treatment
CONCLUSIONS: Subtype of SCLC generally remains the same after acquiring chemotherapy resistance. Plasticity was observed with rare cases switching from NEUROD1-predominant to ASC1-predominant SCLC.
