Obesity, risk of biochemical recurrence, and prostate ‐specific antigen doubling time after radical prostatectomy: results from the SEARCH database
ConclusionWhile we confirmed that higher BMI was associated with BCR, we found no link between BMI and PSADT at the time of recurrence. Our data suggest obese men do not have more aggressive recurrences. Future studies are needed to test whether obesity predicts response to salvage therapies.

Quality of information of websites dedicated to obesity: a systematic search to promote high level of information for Internet users and professionals
CONCLUSIONS: These results can inform guidelines for the improvement of health information and help Internet users to achieve a higher level of information. State-level Google search volumes for neck and shoulder pain correlate with psychosocial and behavioral health indicators
CONCLUSION: This study highlights the potential of search engine data to be utilized as population-level health indicators. CONCLUSION: the aspects inscribed in the path of people in search of bariatric surgery signal the need to strengthen the assistance-related flows of the public health system and to invest in professional training to reduce the social inequalities in access to bariatric surgery and increased quality of services. Prevalence of and Risk Factors for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in Youth With Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes: SEARCH for Diabetes in Youth Study
CONCLUSIONS The high rates of DPN among youth with diabetes are a cause of concern and suggest a need for early screening and better risk factor management. Interventions in youth that address poor glycemic control and dyslipidemia may prevent or delay debilitating neuropathic complications.

Transfer from paediatric to adult care for young adults with Type 2 diabetes: the SEARCH for Diabetes in Youth Study
ConclusionsYoung adults with Type 2 diabetes exhibit worsening glycaemic control and loss to follow‐up during the transfer from paediatric to adult care. Our study highlights the need for development of tailored clinical programmes and healthcare system policies to support the growing population of young adults with youth‐onset Type 2 diabetes.This article is protected by copyright.
