Factors Associated With Initiation of Mechanical Ventilation in Patients With Sepsis: Retrospective Observational Study
CONCLUSIONS: The risk for mechanical ventilation associated with different factors varied with time after sepsis onset, increasing for some factors and decreasing for others. Through a better understanding of risk factors for initiation of mechanical ventilation in patients with sepsis, targeted interventions may be tailored to high-risk patients.PMID:37652887 | DOI:10.4037/ajcc2023299

An Accurate and Automated Method for Adenoma Detection Rate and Report Card Generation Utilizing Common Electronic Health Records
CONCLUSION: We describe an accurate, automated and scalable process for ADR calculation and reporting utilizing commonly adopted EHRs and data integration methods. By integrating the process of ADR collection and streamlining dissemination of reports, this methodology is poised to enhance colonoscopy quality care across health care networks that use it.PMID:37646560 | DOI:10.1097/MCG.0000000000001915
