Neuro-Ophthalmic Phenotype of OPA3
Conclusions: This study compiled data regarding neuro-ophthalmic manifestation of OPA 3 Type III patients. Contrary to established literature, poor vision was the presenting symptom in only 50% of our patients. This is the first report of OCT findings in 3MGA patients. The results demonstrated diffused thinning of the RNFL and ganglion cell complex-IPL with correlation to VA, which is in contrast to OPA1 patients in whom the most severe thinning is at the level of the papillomacular bundle. Initial Validation of a Novel Neuro-Ophthalmologic Set-Shifting Saccade Task (P3.336)

CONCLUSION:Our results suggest that radiomic features provide complementary diagnostic information to capture subtle differences between RT and RN on routine MRI that may not be visually appreciable to expert readers. Once validated on a larger cohort, radiomic analysis could serve as a decision support tool to enable timely and appropriate patient management in brain tumors.

CONCLUSIONS:This study suggests that a PCP in neuro-oncology can produce a high rate of establishing goals of care. A PCP can significantly reduce the cost of care in a value based model. Further study on the impact of palliative care in neuro-oncology seems warranted.

Inpatient Use of Bevacizumab in Neuro-Oncology Patients - Challenges and Practice (P1.171)
Conclusions:Amongst a diverse sample of neuro-oncology practitioners, there is general consensus that bevacizumab is an important and effective drug for CNS tumors and there are frequently cases where inpatient use is warranted. The QuantiFERON-TB Gold In-Tube Assay in Neuro-Ophthalmology
Conclusions: Based on our results, we conclude that routine testing with QFT-GIT in a low-risk cohort did not diagnose active TB infection. We do not recommend routine QFT-GIT testing for TB low-risk individuals, as discerned through patient and exposure history, ocular examination, and clinical judgment, in neuro-ophthalmology practice.
