IJERPH, Vol. 19, Pages 4870: Exploring the Relationship between Fibromyalgia-Related Fatigue, Physical Activity, and Quality of Life
Conclusions: Physical activity does not mediate the relationship between fatigue and quality of life. However, the results also show that the fatigue dimensions associated with fibromyalgia had a negative and significant association with physical and mental health indicators in both samples. Thus, patients with FM with higher scores on fatigue-related symptoms might suffer more from physical and mental health, both of which are related to quality of life.

This was a cross-sectional study based on 40 FM patients and 40  age-matched controls. The FPB is a Brazilian self-reporting questionnaire based on the Big Five Inventory, containing 126 items and scored on a Likert scale. The study included 80 participants aged on the average 46.6 ±...

Polyphenols for improvement of inflammation and symptoms in rheumatic diseases: systematic review
CONCLUSION: Polyphenols are potential allies for treating RD activity. However, the range of polyphenol sources administered was a limitation of this review, as also was the lack of information about the methodological characteristics of the studies evaluated. Thus, further primary studies are needed in order to evaluate the effects of polyphenol consumption for reducing RD activity.SYSTEMATIC REVIEW REGISTER: PROSPERO - CRD42020145349.PMID:34787296 | DOI:10.1590/1516-3180.2020.0766.R1.22042021
