Optimizing Outcomes for Children With Phonological Impairment: A Systematic Search and Review of Outcome and Experience Measures Reported in Intervention Research
CONCLUSIONS: The measurement of intervention outcomes is challenging yet important. No single type of measure was reported across all articles. COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — The last known living 9/11 search dog has died in a Houston suburb at age 16. Bretagne (BRIHT'-nee), a golden retriever, was euthanized Monday at a veterinary clinic in the Houston suburb of Cypress, according to a statement from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. This article provides a detailed description of the motivation for starting the program, the current structure of the program, the methods of financial sustainability, and the direct impact it intends to have on the national vascular surgery community. Violence in affective and sexual relationships among adolescents in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil: search for help and support networks.
This study aimed to analyze the support network reported by adolescents dealing with violent situations in affective and sexual relationships. A quantitative approach was used for the epidemiological component and a qualitative approach for the data from interviews and focus groups. The sample consisted of 283 adolescents from 15 to 19 years of age who were sophomores at public and private high schools in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil.
