Catastrophizing and rumination mediate the link between functional disabilities and anxiety/depression in fibromyalgia. A double-mediation model
CONCLUSION: Results support the interest of studying RNT as a transdiagnostic process in fibromyalgia pain. ConclusionsThe therapies addressing mindfulness and acceptance proved to be more effective than control conditions. Hence, they are promising treatment approaches for bodily distress.
