Surgical strategies for the treatment of deformity-associated cervical spondylotic stretch myelopathy: a case series with technically nuanced illustrative operative videos
CONCLUSIONS: Deformity-associated cervical spondylotic stretch myelopathy often leads to devastating neurological decline and can significantly decrease quality of life. Carefully selected cases of circumferentially rigid cervical kyphosis can be successfully corrected with anterior-only osteotomies followed by posterior fixation while avoiding back-front-back operations.PMID:37657104 | DOI:10.3171/2023.6.FOCUS23279

Psoriatic arthritis: improvement in outcomes but persistent sex difference - 5-year follow-up study of a Norwegian outpatient clinic population
CONCLUSION: This study adds evidence supporting recent improvements in PsA outcomes. Women had higher disease activity and were less likely to achieve remission than men. Despite progress in achieving remission goals, there is still room for improvement in therapeutic approaches for PsA patients.PMID:37656147 | DOI:10.1080/03009742.2023.2247703
