Conclusions: Blunt abdominal trauma is more common than penetrating abdominal trauma. Road traffic accidents and stab wound are the most common causes of blunt and penetrating trauma, respectively. Spleen is the most commonly injured organ in these patients. The mortality rate is higher in blunt trauma than penetrating one. Objective: To explore a new method for early avascular necrosis of femoral head (AVNFH) therapy. Methods: Sixty-nine AVNFH New Zealand adult rabbits were randomly divided into three groups with equal number. In Group A, deproteinized bone (DPB) that absorbed with recombinant plasmid pcDNA3.1-hVEGF165 was implanted into the drilled tunnel of necrotic femoral head. In Group B, only DPB was implanted. In Group C, only tunnel was drilled without DPB or plasmid implanted. Femoral head specimens were obtained at postoperative 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 weeks. Conclusions: This method is relatively simple with little invasion. Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a cutaneous ulcer developing so rapidly that may mimic a fulminating infection. The correct treatment is nonsurgical, and surgery may get the condition worse.1 FK-506 ointment (0.1% Protopic, Astellas Pharma AG, Fribourg) is usually indicated for inflammatory skin diseases, such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis2 or for acute rejection reversal of human hand transplantation 3. A few reports of PG affecting the functions of hands can be found in the scientific literature and this report describes the first case treated by FK-506 ointment as an adjuvant therapy. Conclusions: The approach in our experiment is a simple and effective way to acquire a large quantity of homogenous ADSCs. Rat ADSCs can be differentiated into nucleus pulposus-like cells.
