Comparison of Flow Reduction Efficacy of Nominal and Oversized Flow Diverters Using a  Novel Measurement-assisted in Silico Method
ConclusionThe applicability of our numerical workflow was demonstrated, also in large-scale hemodynamic investigations. The study revealed a  robust power-law relationship between a HR coefficient and AMVR. Furthermore, the 64 wire configurations in nominal sizing produced a significantly higher posttreatment flow reduction, replicating the results of other in vitro studies. Is Stent Retraction to ReLieve Arterial Cerebral VaSospasm Caused by SAH (Stent-ReLACSS) Using PRELAX the Long-awaited Solution for Treatment of Posthemorrhagic Cerebral Vasospasm?
ConclusionBased on the presented data it appears that Stent-ReLACSS with pRELAX does not pose any additional risks when used to treat CVS and might be superior to SA, especially concerning mid-term and long-term efficacy. The mechanism of action may be an effect on the endothelium rather than mechanical vasodilation. As many patients with CVS are diagnosed too late, prophylactic treatment of high-risk patients (e.g., poor grade, young, female) is potentially viable. (Source: Clinical Neuroradiology)

Perioperative Management of Spinal Arteriovenous Malformation Embolization: Delayed Venous Thrombosis and Implications for Severe Back Pain
ConclusionThe results of this study suggest that SAVM embolization can cause acute worsening due to postoperative venous thrombosis with severe back pain, which may be reversed by anticoagulation therapy. Back pain is an important finding that suggests venous thrombosis, and anticoagulation should be urgently administered. (Source: Clinical Neuroradiology)

Flat-panel Detector Perfusion Imaging and Conventional Multidetector Perfusion Imaging in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
ConclusionFDCTP and MDCTP provide qualitatively comparable volumetric results on Tmax and TTP maps; however, direct quantitative measurements of infarct core and hypoperfused tissue volumes showed lower correlations and agreement. (Source: Clinical Neuroradiology)

Diagnostic Performance of Pointwise Encoding Time Reduction with Radial Acquisition Subtraction-based MR Angiography in the Follow-up of Intracranial Aneurysms after Clipping
ConclusionThis retrospective study demonstrates that PETRA-MRA provides excellent visibility of adjacent vessels near clips and has a  high diagnostic accuracy in detecting aneurysm remnants or recurrences in CAs. Further prospective studies are warranted to establish its utility as a reliable alternative for follow-up after clipping. (Source: Clinical Neuroradiology)

MR Imaging Characteristics of Solitary Fibrous Tumors of the Orbit
ConclusionThe SFT represents a  rare orbital tumor with several characteristic imaging features. It was mostly oval-shaped with a sharp margin and frequently localized in the extraconal space and dorsal half of the orbit. Flow voids indicating hypervascularization were the most common findings. Diagnosis of Small Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysms
ConclusionOur analysis demonstrates a  significantly higher interrater agreement and improved diagnostic certainty when small intracranial aneurysms are visualized on 7 T MRI compared to 3 T. In a selected patient cohort, clinical implementation of 7 T MRI may help to establish the definitive diagnosis and thus have a beneficia l impact on patient management. Effect of Bridging Thrombolysis on the Efficacy of Stent Retriever Thrombectomy Techniques
ConclusionThis post hoc analysis does not suggest treatment effect heterogeneity of IVT  + EVT vs EVT alone in different stent retriever techniques but provides evidence for increased FPR if bridging IVT is administered before stent retriever thrombectomy. (Source: Clinical Neuroradiology)
