In this report, we concisely describe recent innovations in the field of telemedicine applied to cardiovascular disease management achieved across Italy. Several networks based on pre-hospital triage of acute myocardial infarction by telemedicine electrocardiograms have been currently activated. Conclusions While the results of economic evaluation studies can be criticized in terms of methodology and are not very decisive, the recommendations relating to implementing economic evaluations were identified to promote a coherent development of economic evaluations. Steganalysis via a convolutional neural network using large convolution filters for embedding process with same stego key: A deep learning approach for telemedicine
Discussion and conclusions The obtained results are very encouraging, and they outperform all the previous deep learning proposals for steganalysis. A first step in the design of a universal detector has been achieved too, as we are able to detect HUGO based hidden messages even when a WOW steganographier has been used during the training stage. Global geriatric evaluation is feasible during interactive telemedicine in nursing homes
Discussion and conclusion Telemedicine should be a relevant option to avoid and decrease return trips to the hospital for nursing home residents.
