Endoscopic endonasal obliteration of the frontal recess and anterior skull base

Experience with the utilization of new-generation shared-control robotic system for spinal instrumentation
CONCLUSIONS: From this single-center, single-surgeon series we conclude that robot-assisted spine surgery can be safely and efficiently integrated into the operating room workflow, which improves after a learning curve of approximately 20 operative interventions. Intraoperative seizures during neuro-oncological supratentorial surgery: the role of prophylaxis with levetiracetam and intraoperative monitoring in a consecutive series of 353 patients
CONCLUSIONS: Under levetiracetam prophylaxis, the IOS rate was not significantly lower than in the group of patients without Levetiracetam prophylaxis, regardless of the histology of the tumor and IONM.
