Space in Building 10 is at a premium. In order to make room for three new or expanding programs (NIMH, NHLBI, and NINDS), the NIH Library is required to transfer about a third of its space on the B1 level and remove 7,000 linear feet of journals—i.e., thousands of volumes. All of the print volumes removed are available from the NIH Library’s Online Journals page or they can be accessed at the National Library of Medicine (NLM). (Source: NIH Library - Announcements)
