CONCLUSIONS: The incidence of neonatal epileptic seizures identified here was three to four times higher than the incidence found in hospitals of developed countries, although the cases characteristics were similar. CONCLUSIONS: Mosquitoes are vectors of a variety of infectious and parasitic diseases which annually affect millions of people and cause thousands of deaths worldwide. The combat to mosquitoes includes individual and environmental measures. Topic repellents for children's individual protection demand specific handling attention and knowledge about the ideal product for each age, especially regarding their efficacy and safety. CONCLUSIONS: A high incidence of postural alterations was detected in school children. Some of the postural alterations, such as abducted scapula, unbalance and protraction of the shoulders, knock-knee and lumbar hiperlordosis, normally occur and they are naturally corrected during growth.
