Myrna Whiteside of Edmonton had a drooping left eye lid. It was a minor sign of a major problem. Her scan revealed a brain aneurysm, approximately 2 to 2.5 centimeters in diameter, which, if left untreated, could rupture. At 77, with an aneurysm that size, brain surgery wasn’t an option for her.
