Evaluation of job stress and quality of life in individuals returning to work after cancer treatment
CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study suggest that perceived work stress negatively affects the quality of life in individuals returning to work after cancer treatment. Therefore, individuals should be supported in returning to work and subsequent phases, and future should focus on the concepts of rehabilitation and return to work.PMID:37611501 | DOI:10.1016/j.ejon.2023.102381

Successful ageing at work: The role of job characteristics in growth trajectories of work ability and motivation to work amongst older workers
This study investigated whether different trajectories of perceived work ability and motivation to work can be distinguished between older employees over time and to what extent job demands and job resources are predictive of these different trajectories. We applied growth mixture modelling amongst 5799 employees of 45 years and older at four time points.
