Efficacy of electroacupuncture stimulating Zusanli (ST36) and Xuanzhong (GB39) on synovial angiogenesis in rats with adjuvant arthritis
CONCLUSIONS: These results prove that EA attenuates synovial angiogenesis by inhibiting the Notch1 signaling pathway in AA rat models. Comparison of RETREAT and CCFSS Scoring Systems for Risk Estimation of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Recurrence After Radical Resection
CONCLUSION: The RETREAT score demonstrates higher efficacy compared to the CCFSS score in predicting postoperative recurrence in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients and can serve as a valuable tool for the prognostic evaluation of HCC patients who undergo radical resection. The RETREAT score's superiority can be attributed to its higher area under the curve (AUC) and improved sensitivity and specificity, which allow for better discrimination between positive and negative cases. IL-27-induced, MSC-derived Exosomes Promote MMP3 Expression Through the miR-206/L3MBTL4 Axis in Synovial Fibroblasts
CONCLUSIONS: IL-27 can induce the expression of miR-206 in MSCs, and miR-206 can be transported into FLS through MSC-EVs to promote FLS migration and MMP3 expression and aggravate articular cartilage damage. Patients with RA who have a high IL-27 expression may not be suitable to receive treatment with MSCs, and clinicians can use MSCs that knock down or delete IL-27R to treat RA patients who have a high IL-27 expression.PMID:37678876

Impact of Prior Cancer on the Prognosis of Patients with Chondrosarcoma: A Population-Based Study of the SEER Database
CONCLUSION: This study initially discovered that chondrosarcoma patients with past cancer have a bad prognosis. Different types of past cancer have varying effects on survival.
