Climate Justice – Is Litigation a Good Way Forward?
Discussion on “loss and damage” was revived in COP27 in reaction to the failure of developed countries to fulfil their pledge to climate financing to help vulnerable states with climate actions. Improving Healthcare for All
By Jomo Kwame Sundaram and Nazihah NoorKUALA LUMPUR and BERN, Jul 19 2023 (IPS) In 2015, almost all heads of government in the world committed to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including universal health coverage (UHC).
