CONCLUSION: Our study is one of the largest comprehensive series describing the clinical and mutational profile of GIST from India. The mutation testing rates at primary care centres continue to be low. Clinicopathological, immunohistochemical, molecular-genetic and risk profiles of gastrointestinal stromal tumors in a cohort of Sudanese patients
Conclusions: Sudanese patients with GIST tend to present late. Nearly half of them correspond to the malignant/high-risk category.
