Great Food Can Improve Brain Development (Even Before Birth)
What we eat – and what our kids eat – affects so much in life: appearance, energy, cognition, focus, mood, how often we get sick, how quickly we get better, how likely we are to develop a chronic disease, and how we age. Every bite of food is either an investment in our future, a new debt we are taking out, or some of both. There are many ways to enjoy the benefits of real food. One healthy way of eating that has been studied a lot is the Mediterranean diet, a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds, fish, herbs, spices, and olive oil. Early and Intensive Motor Training for people with spinal cord injuries (the SCI-MT Trial): protocol of the process evaluation
Introduction People with spinal cord injury receive physical rehabilitation to promote neurological recovery. Physical rehabilitation commences as soon as possible when a person is medically stable. One key component of physical rehabilitation is motor training. This ...

Clinicians ’ perspectives on PET/CT in oncological patients: an Italian National Survey
ConclusionTo sum up, a “still not” complete confidence with PET/CT indications and the need to facilitate access to indications and their update emerged from our results. Moreover, a structured PET/CT report with a clarification on essential PET features is warranted. In this scenario, the participation of nuclear med icine physicians in guideline oncological committees, national and international oncological conferences as well as continuous training among all specialists involved in cancer patients’ management could be effective strategies to resolve clinicians' concerns about PET/CT, thereby improving the m anage...

The university training of the sports manager in Italy between legislative misapplications and overlapping degree courses

This situation may lead to the misapplication of Legislative Decree no. 36/2021 and r esult in problems with professional accreditation and limited employment opportunities for graduates of such courses. To promote the development of this professional figure, it is necess...
