Here, we demonstrate that clemastine, an over-the-counter drug for treating hay fever and allergy symptoms, effectively attenuated the stemness and suppressed the propagation of primary BTIC cultures bearing PDGFRA amplification. Eosinophils induces glioblastoma cell suppression and apoptosis - Roles of GM-CSF and cysteinyl-leukotrienes
CONCLUSION: Eosinophils have the potential to be key cells on glioblastoma therapeutics, as allergy and eosinophilia are correlated with a better glioblastoma prognosis.
