Introduction: There is a paucity of information related to treatment of pediatric CRPS. Treatment of CRPS in pediatric patients has been guided by adult recommendations which consists of a multidisciplinary approach of pharmacotherapy, physical therapy, and psychotherapy, as appropriate. Patients unable to tolerate physical therapy with traditional oral pharmacotherapy may require more invasive pain management techniques.

Complex regional pain syndrome type I. An analysis of 7 cases in children
Conclusions CRPS is frequently unrecognised in children, leading to family anxiety and unnecessary para-clinical costs. Paediatricians and paediatric neurologists should be aware of this syndrome in order to avoid delay in diagnosis, unnecessary studies, and multiple visits to specialists, with a view to providing effective treatment.

Group psychotherapy levels of interventions: A clinical process commentary.
Trainees may experience greater effectiveness as therapists by conceptualizing group therapy interactions as occurring at different levels of functioning.
