Relationship between tooth type and material used in the construction of endocrowns and fracture force values: a systematic review
CONCLUSIONS: Mandibular EC molars showed the highest fracture forces, followed by maxillary premolars and molars. No differences among the EC materials in the 2- and 4-mm pulpal extension designs were found, which had higher fracture forces than other designs.PMID:37667944 | DOI:10.26355/eurrev_202308_33420

Identification of diagnostic biomarkers and immuno-infiltration analysis for rheumatoid arthritis based on biological information and WGCNA
CONCLUSIONS: BCL2A1, PTGS2, FAS, and LY96 may be used as diagnostic biomarkers, which is significant for diagnosing and treating RA.PMID:37667923 | DOI:10.26355/eurrev_202308_33398

Meta-analysis of the effect of whole-body vibration training on the improvement of limb function in patients with Parkinson's disease
CONCLUSIONS: Compared with conventional therapy, WBV has certain advantages in improving the balance function and gait performance of PD patients, but the effect on balance ability and daily living ability is not significant. Thus, more high-quality research is required for further verification.PMID:37606148 | DOI:10.26355/eurrev_202308_33270

Effect of mechanical ventilation guided by transpulmonary pressure in acute respiratory distress syndrome patients: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized control trials
CONCLUSIONS: Mechanical ventilation guided by transpulmonary pressure tended to have a beneficial prognosis on ARDS patients. Oxygenation and lung mechanics parameters were also improved. The clinical effect of mechanical ventilation directed by transpulmonary pressure was superior to the traditional lung protective ventilation strategies in ARDS patients.PMID:37606111 | DOI:10.26355/eurrev_202308_33274

Diagnostic efficacy of lung ultrasound in cardiogenic pulmonary edema: a systematic review and meta-analysis
CONCLUSIONS: Lung ultrasound offers a good diagnostic efficacy for cardiogenic pulmonary edema. Further standardization of the examination method is required to provide a reference for the clinical use of LUS.PMID:37606105 | DOI:10.26355/eurrev_202308_33267
