Efficiency of Optimal Fluoroscopic Projection Angle defined by Computed Tomography Angiography for Left Atrial Appendage Closure
CONCLUSION: By unfolding the LAA depth and orifice diameter to a better view, OPA demonstrated the potential to optimize LAAC procedural efficiency, although further larger-scale studies are required to confirm this.PMID:37717695 | DOI:10.1016/j.hjc.2023.09.009

Exudative vascular anomalous complex-like lesion of the peripapillary area
CONCLUSION: Exudative intraretinal aneurysmal lesions can occur in areas other than perifoveal area. OCT is an useful investigation for knowing their characteristics and the response to treatment. These aneurysmal lesions irrespective of their location can be called by the name eVAC-like or more aptly retinal capillary macro aneurysms (RCM).PMID:37715627 | DOI:10.1177/11206721231202895

Pulmonary vasculitis in Beh çet's disease: reference atlas computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA) findings and risk assessment-management proposal
CONCLUSION: Peripheral arterial thrombosis and/or aneurysms, intracardiac thrombosis and haemoptysis severity are predictor of fatal outcomes in BD pulmonary vasculitis. PAPs with perianeurysmal alveolar haemorrhage and/or bronchial indentation are serious CTPA signs that require prompt identification and aggressive treatment. PAPs are a more serious aneurysmal pattern than true PAAs because they are a contained rupture of a PA branch in the context of pulmonary vasculitis.PMID:37712377 | DOI:10.36141/svdld.v40i3.13726

Bilateral Panuveitis in an Adolescent with Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome Due to CTLA4 Haploinsufficiency
CONCLUSION: Panuveitis may be associated with ALPS due to CTLA4 haploinsufficiency. Retinal and choroidal involvement should be assessed when anterior chamber inflammation is the presenting sign.PMID:37703496 | DOI:10.1080/09273948.2023.2250441
