CONCLUSIONS: BCI is a promising treatment for CIPN and may have a longer lasting effect than placebo (nonspecific BCI), which is an important consideration for long-term symptom relief. High neuroticism is associated with common late adverse effects in a nationwide sample of long-term breast cancer survivors
ConclusionsHigh neuroticism is prevalent and associated with increased risks of LAEs among BCSs. Identification of high neuroticism could improve the follow-up care of BCSs as effective interventions for the condition exist.

Pain catastrophising in Chinese patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy: a qualitative study
Conclusion
Patients with breast cancer have adverse pain experience during postoperative chemotherapy. The evaluation and screening of psychological variables such as pain catastrophising should be strengthened to provide new ideas for pain management.

Activation of kappa opioid receptor (KOR) inhibits estrogen receptor (ER)-positive breast cancer through the KOR-ER-XBP1 pathway
In this study, we found that κ opioid receptor (KOR) was the only OR (among the four types of ORs) that was significantly decreased in BC tumor tissues compared with peritumoral normal tissues. In addition, decreased expression of KOR correlated with poor clinical outcomes in patients with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive BC. In vitro studies confirmed the anti-tumor effects of KOR agonists in ER-positive MCF-7 and T47D cells by showing that activation of KOR significantly inhibited cellular proliferation and promoted apoptosis. Pain-related stigma in patients with breast, colon, prostate or lung cancer : Results of a bicentric register-based cross-sectional study
CONCLUSIONS: Our findings support the assumption that the experience of pain can have an impact on the perceived stigmatization of cancer patients. Depression might influence the perceived stigmatization. Therefore, this group of patients should receive special attention and psycho-oncological care in clinical practice. Opioids and immune checkpoint inhibitors differentially regulate a common immune network in triple-negative breast cancer
ConclusionsOpioids and ICI may target a common immune network in TNBC and regulate gene expression in opposing fashion. No available evidence supports a similar interaction between ketamine and ICI.

Comorbidity in patients with Lichen sclerosus: a retrospective cohort study
This study confirmed the association between LS and vulvar cancer (OR = 17.4; 95% CI 12.1-25.3), penis cancer (OR = 9.1; 95% CI 4.3-18.9), prostate cancer (OR = 2.0; 95% CI 1.6-2.4) and breast cancer (OR = 1.6; 95% CI 1.4-1.8). LS was also associated with Crohn´s disease (OR = 2.0; 95% CI 1.6-2.6) and diabetes mellitus type 1 (OR = 1.9; 95% CI 1.6-2.1).
