Opioid Prescribing Habits of Emergency Department Providers in Response to an Educational Intervention
CONCLUSION: Overall, the educational intervention on the topic of opioid prescribing guidelines did not have the expected impact on amounts of opioids administered or prescribed during the study period. Total opioids utilized and opioids prescribed did not vary between the pre- and post-intervention groups overall, by subset diagnosis, or by provider. There was, however, an increase in utilization of non-opioid treatments that could be indicative of a partial response to the educational intervention. Patients with fibromyalgia in Finnish healthcare center - one-year follow up
CONCLUSION: With these results, we cannot conclude that ÖMPSQ predicts the patient's severity of symptoms. On the contrary, we can conclude that antidepressants and/or psychological therapy might reduce fibromyalgia symptoms for depressed patients with fibromyalgia. Gender-specific results of the Dresden children and adolescents headache program DreKiP
We examined gender differences in the outpatient multimodal Dresden Child and Adolescent Headache Program DreKiP.METHODS: We treated 140 patients with primary headache in a 15-hour structured group program. CONCLUSION: Our study found that COVID-19 has continued to impact pediatric anesthesiology. There are major discrepancies between what anesthesiologists believe are important for job satisfaction and faculty retention compared to implemented initiatives. Ollier Disease: A Case Report and Review of Treatment Options
In this report, we describe the case of an 11-year-old female who presented to her physician with pain and swelling of her right ring and small fingers after playing in a swimming pool with no obvious mechanism of trauma. A routine, plain radiographic evaluation of her hand revealed the presence of multiple enchondromatosis. Urgent Juxtarenal Aortic Aneurysm Repair With Modified Off-the-shelf Endograft to Preserve Intercostal Arteries and Branch Incorporation by Transfemoral Access

Comparison of the efficacy of genicular nerve phenol neurolysis and radiofrequency ablation for pain management in patients with knee osteoarthritis
CONCLUSIONS: : Neurolysis of the genicular nerves with both RFA and phenol is effective in the management of KOA pain. Phenol may be a good alternative to RFA. Muscimol as a treatment for nerve injury-related neuropathic pain: a systematic review and metaanalysis of preclinical studies
