Atlanta-based DLH Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: DLHC) has acquired a Virginia-based service provider for approximately $32 million. Irving Burton Associates Inc. (IBA) provides professional and technical consulting services for federal clients including the Military Health System, the Department of Defense, the Defense Health Agency, the United States Courts and others.
