Endothelial loss following postoperative intracameral triamcinolone acetonide and subconjunctival dexamethasone injections
CONCLUSION: Both treatments were effective in controlling postoperative inflammation, but patients in IC-TA group experienced significantly higher endothelial loss. Two-year clinical outcomes of triple therapy with photodynamic therapy, anti-vascular endothelial growth factor agent, and triamcinolone acetonide for neovascular age-related macular degeneration
ConclusionIn nAMD patients, induction treatment with triple therapy resulted in approximately 40% of the patients requiring no retreatment for 2 years. The type of anti-VEGF agents used made no difference in the results.
