Reexamining the association of care continuity and health care outcomes
CONCLUSIONS: The correlation between claims-based and patient-reported COC measures is low, and claims-based and patient-reported COC measures are associated with different subjective and objective health care outcomes. Health and disability status among middle-aged and older adult cancer survivors: a case-control study
CONCLUSION: The study highlights the importance of factors such as time since diagnosis and the number of cancer sites in influencing health outcomes among survivors.
