Loss of Chromosome 3q Is a Prognostic Marker in Fusion-Negative Rhabdomyosarcoma
CONCLUSION: The pathogenesis of STS including FN-RMS remains poorly understood, emphasizing the need for new therapeutic advances and adequate risk stratification. Fragmentation of Care in Patients with Peritoneal Metastases Undergoing Cytoreductive Surgery
CONCLUSIONS: There were no significant differences in survival or SAEs based on the networks of systemic therapy delivery. ctDNA-guided adjuvant treatment after radical-intent treatment of metastatic spread from colorectal cancer-the first interim results from the OPTIMISE study
CONCLUSION: The study was proven to be feasible and continues in the planned large-scale phase II trial. Patients with meningiomas may have reduced health-related quality of life (HRQoL) due to postoperative neurological deficits, cognitive dysfunction, and psychosocial burden. Although advances in surgery and radiotherapy have improved progression-free survival rates, there is limited evidence regarding treatment outcomes on HRQoL.
