Effect of transversus abdominis plane block on postoperative outcomes in gynecologic oncology patients managed on an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery pathway
CONCLUSIONS: Surgeon-administered TAP blocks were associated with decreased length of stay and post-operative opioid use in patients not receiving scheduled NSAIDs. ConclusionInconsistencies in results may be related to differences in study design, injury definitions, participant characteristics, measurement parameters, and statistical analyses. The association between labour epidural analgesia and postpartum depression in primiparous patients: a historical cohort study
CONCLUSION: This historical cohort study found an association between LEA and PPD among primiparous patients who subsequently had a second pregnancy in the same province.
