Comorbidities in the Spondyloarthritis GISEA Cohort: an average treatment effect analysis on patients treated with bDMARDs
CONCLUSIONS: Overall, our study confirms the safety of TNFi and anti-IL in SpA patients, albeit with some caveats pertaining to solid cancers, OGID and fibromyalgia. Psychological therapies delivered remotely for the management of chronic pain (excluding headache) in adults
CONCLUSIONS: Currently, evidence about remotely-delivered psychological therapies is largely limited to Internet-based delivery of CBT. We found evidence that remotely-delivered CBT has small benefits for pain intensity (moderate certainty) and functional disability (moderate to low certainty) in adults experiencing chronic pain. Benefits were not maintained at follow-up. Our appraisal of quality of life and adverse events outcomes post-treatment were limited by study numbers, evidence certainty, or both. Validation of the 2011 and 2016 American college of rheumatology diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia in a Chinese population
CONCLUSION: The 2011c and 2016c are reliable instruments for diagnosing fibromyalgia patients in China.
